HOMEMADE VANILLA FLAN 😋
Ingredients:
For the flan
Milk 250 ml
Sugar 50 g
Eggs 2
Vanilla essence or vanilla sugar
For the caramel
Sugar 50 g
Water
Preparation:
1. Start by heating the milk and pouring it into a bowl. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Add the eggs and vanilla essence or sugar. Mix until smooth.
2. It's time to make the caramel. To do this, add 50 g of sugar to a saucepan and three tablespoons of water. Place it on the stove and stir occasionally. When the mixture turns golden, pour the caramel into the flan mold.
3. Pour the flan mixture into the mold and place it in a pressure cooker with a little water. Cover the pie dish with a plate and place the lid on the pot. Turn on the heat. When the pot's temperature indicators have risen, reduce the heat and let it simmer for three minutes. After that, remove from the heat and open the pot as soon as possible.
4. When you can open the pot, remove the flan and let it cool. Once slightly cooled, cover it with aluminum foil and place it in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
5. After this time, remove the flan from the refrigerator, unmold it... and enjoy!
