For the Loaded French Fries:

4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries 🍟

2 tbsp olive oil 🫒

1 tsp salt 🧂

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder 🧄

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀

1/4 cup crispy bacon bits 🥓

1/4 cup green onions, chopped 🌿

1/4 cup sour cream 🥄

🥄 Step-by-Step Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Fries:

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

(Alternative: Fry in hot oil at 350°F (175°C) for 3-4 minutes per batch, then drain on paper towels.)

2️⃣ Prepare the Turkey Burgers:

While the fries are baking, mix the ground turkey with chopped red onion, parsley, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Form the turkey mixture into 4 patties.

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of provolone or Swiss cheese on each patty and cover to melt the cheese.

3️⃣ Assemble the Turkey Burgers:

Toast the hamburger buns lightly on the grill or in a pan.

Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each toasted bun.

Place the turkey patty with melted cheese on the bottom bun.

Top with a slice of avocado, lettuce, tomato, and roasted red pepper (if using).

Complete the burger with the top half of the bun.

4️⃣ Prepare the Loaded Fries:

Once fries are crispy and golden, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and crispy bacon bits.

Return the fries to the oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Drizzle sour cream over the loaded fries and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

Plate the turkey burgers alongside the loaded French fries.

Serve with extra mustard, ketchup, or a tangy dipping sauce of your choice.
