π Ingredients:
For the Fish:
4 white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or haddock) π
1/2 cup breadcrumbs π₯
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese π§
1 tsp garlic powder π§
1/2 tsp paprika πΆ
1/2 tsp black pepper & salt π§
1 egg, beaten π₯
2 tbsp olive oil π«
For the Fries:
3 large potatoes, cut into fries π
1 tbsp olive oil π«
1/2 tsp salt π§
1/2 tsp paprika πΆ
1/2 tsp garlic powder π§
For the Dip:
1/4 cup mustard sauce (or honey mustard) π―
1 tbsp mayonnaise π₯
1/2 tsp lemon juice π

1️⃣ Prepare the Fries:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss potato fries with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
2️⃣ Make the Fish:
Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Dip each fish fillet in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook fish for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown.

Mix mustard, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
