🐟 Crispy Parmesan Crusted Fish & Fries Recipe 🍟

📝 Ingredients:
For the Fish:
4 white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or haddock) 🐟
1/2 cup breadcrumbs 🥖
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
1/2 tsp paprika 🌶
1/2 tsp black pepper & salt 🧂
1 egg, beaten 🥚
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
For the Fries:
3 large potatoes, cut into fries 🍟
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1/2 tsp salt 🧂
1/2 tsp paprika 🌶
1/2 tsp garlic powder 🧄
For the Dip:
1/4 cup mustard sauce (or honey mustard) 🍯
1 tbsp mayonnaise 🥄
1/2 tsp lemon juice 🍋
👨🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Fries:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss potato fries with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
2️⃣ Make the Fish:
Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Dip each fish fillet in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook fish for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown.
